Background

  • Jayden Chen is a Life Insurance Business Consultant, Trainer, Speaker and Author. He specialises in working synergistically with life insurance agencies to achieve breakthrough in both sales and recruitment through his practical sales training programs, innovative recruitment drives, and powerful seminar – selling events.
  • All training programs offered by Jayden have been field-tested to be highly effective. They are highly product and results oriented and have helped many agents achieve premium size as large as RM30,000 to RM100,000 FYP within a short time after training, this is supported by the many testimonials from his participants.
  • Jayden has more than a decade of experience in the life insurance industry. He was the former Training Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Hong Leong Assurance Berhad, and has led his team of only about 30 consultants to become the 2015 National Champion with an outstanding FYP of 17.6M. After leaving HLA, he also held the respectable post of Assistant Director of Agency with Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad. Jayden is a lawyer by training, and was called to the UK Bar in 2005 and the Malaysian Bar in 2006. He is an author of three books on sales and financial planning.
