Marilyn possesses over 20 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry. Her experience traces back to serving in a leading five-star hotel in its pre-opening phase, from Front Desk Operations to the Executive Lounge (F&B) and as Duty Manager overseeing the hotel operations. Having served with international luxury and popular lifestyle brands, Marilyn was responsible for the opening of new retail set-ups, managing the merchandising for both retail & wholesale and leading customer service and brand delivery. She is well versed in Retail Sales, Operations and Customer Relations. Her achievements in her last role as Divisional Manager include managing teams of more than 150 personnel.

Her vision is to build retail leaders and frontline talents across industries to match the skill level to the demand of today’s customers. That vision is coupled with her passion for developing strong back-end coaching and leadership practices. Her areas of focus include Leadership & People Development, Operational Best Practices and enhancing Communications Skills and effectiveness across work teams.

Her success in Learning & Development include facilitating strategic management retreats, producing comprehensive learning videos and training teams from various parts of the world including Singapore, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Thailand, India, the Middle East and Australia.
