Our Story

Whealer Solutions was incorporated in 2009. We add value to our clients by providing soft-skill learning & development solutions to improve the performance of their human resources. While we specialise in the financial sector, predominantly in the insurance industry, we have had experiences in other industries such as real estate, retail, F&B, manufacturing, consumer goods and professional services.

We design our own unique solutions to address various competency gaps that are backed by experience and research. We constantly seek innovative ways to improve our training methodology to optimise the result of applying our solutions. Ultimately, learning and development must be translated into measurable results.

Our name is derived from combining two words together, ‘World’ and ‘Healer’, hence ‘W-Healer’. Whealer exists to make the world a better place by effecting positive personal and organisational development.

Jee Chew has clocked in thousands of hours delivering high impact training to participants from a wide variety of background and industry since 2006. Majority of such experience was delivering Motivation, Selling Skills, Personal Development and Team Management Skills for corporate professionals.  Since starting his own company in 2009, he has helped companies from various industries to improve the competencies of their human resources.

Winnie has more than 15 years of experience in the field of training management and learning & development. Also, her consistency in helping the  CEOs, Sales Directors, Agency Managers, Human Resource Managers, Learning & Development Managers, Business Development Managers, entrepreneurs and business owners understand the needs of their organisations and provide the right solutions to grow their human resources.
