With over 15 years of expertise in curating training programmes and fostering talent development, Jee Chew laid the foundation for a company rooted in innovation, collaboration, and results-focused solutions.

From humble beginnings, Whealer Solutions quickly gained recognition for its unique approach to addressing the specific people development needs of businesses. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include:

• HRDC-Claimable Training Solutions for larger companies.

• Functional Skills Development in areas such as leadership, communication, and sales.

• Subscription Programme that help medium-sized businesses build in-house training capabilities.

2009: Launched our first career development programme, empowering individuals to achieve their professional goals.

2013: Secured partnerships with Allianz, AIA and various insurance companies, further solidifying our reputation as a trusted solutions provider in the insurance industry

2018: Strengthened the training team, having more than 10 trainers collaborating with us, giving us the ability to provide a wide range of solutions to our clients.

2021: Developed bank-specific training solutions to continue strengthening our presence in the financial industr.

2024: Introduced training solutions that are aligned with the Future Skills Framework (FSF), designed to future-proof businesses in an ever-evolving marketplace.
